Who We Are
Smith Automotive is a full service preventative maintenance and automotive repair facility founded in June 2011 by Jonathan and Heather Smith. Jonathan and Heather had a vision in mind for a business built on integrity and happy customers. By offering high quality repairs at fair pricing, employing skilled ASE certified technicians, and working daily to earn our customer’s trust and satisfaction, we work hard to achieve that vision daily.

Early on, with Jonathan’s 18 years of Honda/Acura experience, the shop focused mostly on Asian (Honda, Nissan, Toyota lines) repairs and service. It didn’t take long to realize the community’s need for a repair shop that worked on everything. Domestic vehicles (Ford, GM, and Chrysler products), including diesels, were the first expansion before the end of year one. An experienced domestic/diesel technician was added to the shop. By the end of year two a “quick lube” bay and another technician were added to service oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and other smaller jobs. Policy was set into place requiring all vehicles to be thoroughly inspected every visit. By doing this the shop was now able to keep a close eye on our customers vehicles at all times. By the end of year three the shop was fully staffed with 5 technicians and 2 service writers. In January of 2015, European vehicles (VW, BMW, Mercedes, etc. products) were added to make the shop a “all makes and models” shop.
Smith Automotive upgraded our warranty policy from 1year/12 months to 2 years/24 months nationwide in November of 2014. This warranty covers all repairs locally and most repairs nationally. Towing assistance and roadside assistance are included with this warranty and available to all customers who use our services.
Smith Automotive’s goal to our clients is to repair your vehicle to proper working condition in a clean and professional environment, so that you are happy and satisfied with service and repairs performed. We want to build trust and confidence in us that you are being treated honestly and fairly so you will refer your friends and family. We want you to know that you have the freedom to approach us at any time with any questions or concerns with the service that you are receiving.
Our goal for employees is to provide them with the best working conditions possible with the proper tools and equipment to repair our client’s vehicles. This in turn gives them the privilege to associate with happy, satisfied and dedicated clients. Also, for the employees to have the freedom to input on how to better improve the working conditions to better service our clients.
